Return Policy

Our goal is to provide a stress-free shopping experience so that you love your purchase.  As such, we encourage customers to inspect and try on all items as soon as they are delivered.

Conditions for Return

Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you’ve received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Do not mail your return item without prior approval from our Customer Service because it will not be accepted.  Also, we reserve the right to refuse the return if received in an unacceptable condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, no smell of perfume, free of lint and hair, and with the original tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.  Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned.  We cannot process the return of any faulty item as described above.  Also, if you provided us incorrect measurements initially and did not refer to our online size chart, then we cannot accept your return.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are:

  1. intimate goods
  2. personalized goods
  3. gift cards
  4. sale items.

Finally, as all items (including standard size) are made-to-order, we cannot afford to accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase. Our customer service team may cancel an order believed to have been made with that intention.

How to Request a Return

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please follow the below instructions:

1. Submit a return request via e-mail to support@keepyourweddingdress.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.

2. Once we have approved your request, you will be sent a return form which needs to be included with your return. Please send your item(s) using local post within 10 days from receiving the return form.

3. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.

4. Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Return shipping fee will not be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Diamond Bar, CA, 91765, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged, please keep the receipt with tracking information.
